Death of Josephine English (née Fahey)
The sad and unexpected death of Josephine English, Croughkeal, Clogheen occurred in St. Teresa’s Hospital Clogheen on Wednesday April 23rd 2014, surrounded by her family. Josephine had been in poor health for a number of years, conquering each challenge with renewed vigour, but she was finally called home.
Her removal took place from her residence to St. Marys church Clogheen for requiem mass that was concelebrated by Fr. Frawley, Fr O’ Bric PP Clerihan and Fr. Kennedy PP New Inn. This was followed by cremation in the Island crematorium Ringaskiddy. Deepest sympathies are extended to her husband James, daughter Linda Fleming, son Mark, son in law Liam, daughter in law Rosie, grandchildren, brothers Francis and Tom Fahy and her extended family and a large circle of friends. May she rest in peace.
