U12
Our last u12 league game was on Monday October 29th against Clonoulty. Ours backs Nadia Keating, Roisin Murray, Andrea Conway and Jane Hyland defended magnificently throughout the game. Our goalie Lauren O’Brien was very solid. At midfield Linda Murphy and Shannon Brennan working tirelessly supplying ball to out forwards Shona Lang, Caoimhe Ryan, Roisin Condon and Zoey Lynch. On the day we had to give way to a very strong Clonoulty side. We are very proud of the girls and thank them and their mentors Kevin Ryan and Liam Murray for their commitment all year. Camogie AGM
The Brian Borus Camogie AGM was held last Wednesday night in the Ballylooby GAA dressing rooms. A very large crowd was in attendance. Kevin Ryan opened the meeting with a report on the clubs achievements during the past year. The club has large numbers of girls in the u8’s right up to u14’s age groups. The highlight of the year has been the trip to Croke Park for Cumán to Croker, the u13’s winning the county league, the u8’s and 12’s taking part in county blitz and Go games. Kevin also thanked Brendan and Dereck Coffey of Coffey Dairy services for sponsoring the u14’s set of jerseys. He also thanked John Pyne for always having the pitch in perfect condition for us and Ballylooby GAA club for the use of the facilities.

Presentation Of Medals
This event took place last Friday night in Ballylooby. Tom Kirwan, Tipperay Minor Panelist presented the girls with their county medals. In Tom’s speech he mentioned how great an achievement this was especially being a team from the South, he also told the girls that it is important to keep practicing and taking part in all games. After the presentation light refreshments were offered, we would like to thank everyone helped out on the night. Thanks to Tom for bringing the All-Ireland minor and munster cups and standing for photos with the girls. Thanks to everyone who supported this event.
